1. What MysticScore is
MysticScore ("the Service", "we", "us") is a free-to-play football score prediction game. Users predict the final score of football matches for fun and to be ranked on a leaderboard based on accuracy. There are no cash prizes, no betting, no odds, and no wagering of any kind anywhere on the Service — winning a leaderboard position pays out only in ranking, badges, and (where offered) non-monetary promotional visibility.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are using the Service in compliance with the laws of your country of residence.
3. Accounts and nicknames
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Your nickname is public and visible to other users on leaderboards and in match comments — don't use one that impersonates someone else, or that is offensive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. We may rename or suspend accounts that violate this.
4. Predictions and match data
Match fixtures, kickoff times, and results are sourced from a third-party sports data provider. We do our best to keep this data accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or delivered without delay, and we're not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or delayed match data. Predictions must be submitted within the prediction window shown on each match, and cannot be changed once locked in.
5. The Oracle's Imagination
Some predictions are accompanied by an AI-generated short story imagining how the match could unfold. This content is explicitly fictional, generated after your prediction, and has no bearing on scoring or leaderboard rankings. It should never be read as a factual claim about any real person or event.
6. Payments and memberships
Some features (unlocking additional matches or leagues) are available as paid, one-time or recurring purchases. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as our Merchant of Record — Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment security on our behalf, and their terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your account or the receipt Paddle emails you. Purchases unlock a digital feature (additional predictions) and are not entries into a prize draw, wager, or game of chance of any kind.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their standard refund policy, since they are the seller of record for all purchases made on the Service.
8. User content (comments)
You're responsible for what you post in match comments. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate this, without prior notice.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on match data, predictions, or AI-generated content.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
